All V-Rod custom bikes keep the original frame, therefore, the VIN does not change, which is especially good news for countries like Canada or Australia, who have strict laws on custom bike imports. The only exception is if we build a ground-up custom bike, using a custom frame and the V-Rod power-plant. In that case the bike will have a 17 digit Sculpture Cycles VIN and can be registered as such.
