Here are some ideas on what is needed to complete the project and some
approximate prices (you might not need all the listed parts, i.e. pulley
spacer and belt, depending on the year and model of your bike):

Kit. Comes complete with swing arm, rear axle, all hardware, rear fender
(steel), primary/transmission offset kit and all gaskets.
The only additional
components needed are a 8 ½” rim, 250/40-18 tire and 1 1/8” belt for the
older models. We can help getting those parts too.

Zod 230/250 Wide Tire
Kit for Softail. Comes complete with swing arm, rear axle, all hardware,
rear fender (steel re-enforced fiberglass), primary/transmission offset kit
and all gaskets. For the 250 tire: the wheel needs to be offset by 3/16” to
clear the belt or stay centered with chain drive.
The only additional
components needed are a wide tire rim and tire and a
1 1/8” belt for the older models. We can help in getting those parts too.
Note: This kit works on 87-90 Softail, if different crank shaft extension,
shaft nut and gasket
is used (add $100.00 to total).

Zell Wide Tire Kit. Keep
all the stock components from the front pulley, rear pulley, rear disc brake
and caliper. No changes to transmission necessary. Complete bolt on 300 kit
using a jackshaft at the pivot point of the swingarm. Kits comes with all
the pulleys, carbon fiber belts from Gates USA, swingarm, bearings, guards,
etc. This is as easy and low labor as it gets. You can also purchase a
wheel, fender, seat base/complete seat and 300 tire from us.
