Rick's Wheels

Design wheels CNC machined.
To the motor sports-companies the development of multi-piece wheels meant a revolution: tough and reliable, providing the opportunity to make an dramatic change to the wide tires industry. Finished according to motorcycle standards and of course, with TÜV-certification. All Rick's components are based on forged materials and CNC machined.

The circular blanks for the rim rings are reshaped cold, on a Roll-Press-Machine with very high pressure, (commonly known as forged). A high material condensation is created without breaking the molecular structure. This means no pores or shrink holes develop, as would in other manufacturing methods (for example casting). This provides a high surface quality for polishing.
