The new EPA regulations will start to come into effect by January 1,
2006 and will affect individuals who plan on building a custom bike
and custom build shops who do not have a manufacturer's license.
These changes will somewhat affect the bikes we build here at Sculpture
Cycles. But we will make the right adjustments needed to protect our
customers' freedom to ride.
